1. Services

John Claude Painting AZ provides professional painting services for residential and commercial properties in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Our services include but are not limited to interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, stucco repair, and popcorn ceiling removal.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project.
  • Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may affect pricing.

3. Scheduling and Access

  • Project start dates are scheduled based on mutual agreement.
  • You agree to provide reasonable access to the property during scheduled work hours.
  • Weather conditions may affect exterior project scheduling.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance when possible.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required to secure your project date.
  • Payment terms and schedule will be outlined in your project agreement.
  • We accept payment by check, credit card, or other methods specified in your agreement.
  • Outstanding balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

  • Interior Painting: 2-year warranty against peeling, flaking, or blistering
  • Exterior Painting: 5-year warranty against peeling, flaking, or blistering
  • Cabinet Painting: 2-year warranty on workmanship

Warranties are subject to the following conditions:

  • Proper maintenance of painted surfaces
  • Normal wear and tear excluded
  • Damage from external factors (impact, water intrusion, etc.) excluded
  • Warranty is non-transferable

6. Property Preparation and Protection

We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work, including:

  • Covering floors, furniture, and fixtures
  • Protecting landscaping and outdoor features
  • Cleaning up work areas daily

You are responsible for:

  • Removing or securing valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings
  • Informing us of any areas requiring special attention or caution
  • Ensuring pets are secured during work hours

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, John Claude Painting AZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

8. Insurance

John Claude Painting AZ maintains appropriate insurance coverage including general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of John Claude Painting AZ and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
